Message	tendency to catch air, similar to a parachute. With these holes I hope to reduce drag and lower rear lift, in conjunction with a good rear diffuser. If I had better skills I would recreate an entire rear bumper that was actually cut midway in the cover and then build the diffuser from there down, typical of a JGTC styled body kit.
